This information is for the approved Plat for Phase 5B of Farmstead by Fischer Homes in Grove City, Ohio. Phase 5 was previously pushed through, but then withdrawn by Fischer Homes to split it into two 25 lot applications. This proposed Plat for Farmstead Phase 5B contains 25 lots, 1 reserve and dedicated right-of-way for a new roadway and roadway extension on 9.965 acres. The Project Number is also different from the overall Development Plan. The files included are the Supplemental Materials and Staff Report. The other typical files have not yet been uploaded by Grove City Development.
