This information is for the approved Plat for Subarea H Phase 1 of Farmstead by Fischer Homes in Grove City, Ohio. Subarea H Phase 1 built out 23 single-family homes. The Project Number is also different from the overall Development Plan – Subarea H. The files included are the Staff Report, Application, Plan Sheets, and some Supplemental Materials. The Legislation file has not yet been uploaded by Grove City Development.
