This information is for the approved Plat for Phase 2 of Farmstead by Fischer Homes in Grove City, Ohio. Phase 2 built out 62 single-family homes. The Project Number is also different from the overall Development Plan. The files included are the Staff Report, Application, Plan Sheets, and some Supplemental Materials. The Legislation file has not yet been uploaded by Grove City Development.
